四中。云能所，能即眾主輒斷，所謂妄取物者。下指《善生》兩斷，即夷蘭也。上約重輕二物，經中唯就輕物，但望羯磨前後分之。

In the fourth, saying 'agent and recipient': the agent is the assembly leader arbitrarily deciding, that is, one who falsely takes the items. Below points to the Upāsakaśīla-sūtra's two decisions, which are pārājika. Above concerns both heavy and light items; in the sūtra it concerns only light items, merely distributing them with respect to before or after the karma.
