次科，初句指破。若下，次顯理非。如下，三明別斷，上明入僧。若負下，次明在俗，前約直取。若下，後斷互爭。《十誦》五中，準後三斷。人處二寄，即分法中寄人不寄處，寄處不寄人，二斷也。

In the next section, the first line points out and refutes. 'If...' next reveals the irrationality. 'As...' thirdly explains separate determinations: the upper explains entering the saṃgha. 'If owing...' next explains being in the secular world; the former concerns taking directly. 'If...' afterward decides mutual disputes. In the five of the Daśādhyāya-vinaya, it is determined according to the latter three. Depositing with the person and depositing at the place are the two determinations in the method of distribution: depositing with the person and not at the place, and depositing at the place and not with the person.
