結中。此一家者，即指上判。無與二者，謂與今同也。但彼不用外宗，未為盡善；不可抑之為非，奪之不存，故云也。

In the conclusion: 'this one school' points to the determination above. 'None is different from this' means it is the same as the present one. It is merely that not using external schools is not yet completely good; one cannot forcefully repress it as wrong or strip it away as non-existent, hence this is said.
