In the fifth: The Ceremonial Standard states: "Woollen rugs of a single solid colour are reckoned as light; variegated ones are reckoned as heavy." (It also states: "Woven from tufts of wool so that the tips protrude, and also bearing patterns or forms of humans, beasts, and the like, it is called a woollen rug. This refers to the variegated kind.") Below "the Vinaya", it resolves doubts: fearing it might be thought that because the Vinaya allows them to be worn after corrupting the colour, they should not be reckoned as heavy, it is known by parity of reasoning that after being dyed and corrupted, in principle they are classed as light.
