次科。請已命過，屬亡者故，此入常住。分衣語通，故注決之。命過後得，非亡者分，故歸本處；即食所來處也。衣亦爾者，同上兩判。

In the next heading: having already been invited, he passed away; because it belonged to the deceased, this enters the permanent property. The phrasing 'dividing the robes' is general, hence the note resolves it. What was obtained after passing away was not the deceased's share, and therefore reverts to the original place—that is, the place from which the food came. 'Robes are also like this' is the same as the two rulings above.
