3.275

賞勞中，初科顯德。五事立約病者。五中二事，共合為一。不如實語，謂多虛詐。仰，賴也。自猶堪能，而故不為，竝賴他作。

Under 'Rewarding labor', the first heading reveals the virtues. The five matters are established relative to the sick person. Two matters among the five are combined into one. 'Not speaking truthful words' means being mostly deceitful. 'Relying' means depending on: being personally capable yet intentionally not doing it, relying entirely on others to do it.
