處分中。《四分》、《五分》可解。《僧祇》中。住中，顯示部別，令依本宗。疏云以初成故，未曾經宿；壅結未多，隨人處分也。

Under 'Designation': the Dharmaguptaka-vinaya and Pañcavargika-vinaya are understandable. In the Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya: in the interlinear note, it reveals differences between schools so that one relies on one's own school. The Commentary says that because it was newly completed, it had never been used overnight; blockages and ties were not yet numerous, and it was designated according to the person.
