內煮中。對處唯大界中犯，故淨地並塞；人通七眾，此據能造；若論食犯，唯局三人。四藥唯開盡形，自煮亦爾。

Under 'Cooking within': In contrast to place, it is committed only within the great boundary, so pure ground is completely prohibited. Persons extend to the seven assemblies; this refers to those able to perform it; if discussing the offense of eating, it is restricted to three persons. For the four medicines, an exception is made only for lifetime medicines; cooking for oneself is also like this.
