三中。前漿類別者，如上體中果蜜等漿，有差別故。三記識者，或須不須，故注示之。

In the third: "the different varieties of the preceding syrups" is because there are distinctions among fruit syrup, honey syrup, and the like in the substances above. "Three types of identification": some are necessary and some are not, which is therefore indicated in the note.
