正加中。注安淨地，離內宿也。須自取者，免觸失也。古謂七日藥開內宿，故持點之。文舉風病油藥為法；餘皆準改，故云類準。

In directly performing the verbal authorization: the note says to place it in a pure place, to be free from overnight storage within [the dwelling]. That one must take it oneself is to avoid loss through touch. Ancient [masters] maintained that seven-day medicine allows an exception for overnight storage within [the dwelling], which is why it is noted and pointed out. The text takes oil medicine for wind illness as the rule; the rest are all altered accordingly, hence it says "to be generalized accordingly."
