第四，總受中。注牒諸藥，此約藥味未和合者。必是成現丸散，單牒藥君；如云黃芪散阿魏丸等。若下，指例。隨何藥病，準上改牒。指如前者，即指上注別標藥目；或可同上須辨體分，或可指相和體文；彼云隨以藥首標目，餘則藥分稱之是也。

In the fourth, general reception: the note lists the various medicines; this refers to medicinal flavors that have not yet been combined. If it is an already prepared pill or powder, one merely lists the sovereign drug, such as Astragalus Powder, Ferula Pill, and so forth. From "If..." downward, it indicates the rule: whichever medicine or illness, it is altered and listed according to the above. "Referred to as before" refers to the above note specifically marking the name of the medicine; or it may be the same as the above need to distinguish substance and portion; or it may point to the text on combined substances, where it says to mark the name according to the chief medicine, and the rest are called medicinal portions.
