別受中，初敘有緣別來。而下，明別受。又二，初加藥體。同上不出。若下，次加藥分。注中上八物是時藥，下三物即七日藥。遇緣謂他事所阻。盡形藥頭，即藥體之君。文中且舉一味時藥，餘可例牒，故注示之。

In separate reception: first, recounting that due to conditions they arrive separately. From "And..." downward, it clarifies separate reception. This also has two [parts]: first, adding the authorization for the medicinal substance, which is identical to the above and not set forth; from "If..." downward, next adding the authorization for the medicinal portion. In the note, the upper eight items are timed medicines, and the lower three items are seven-day medicines. "Encountering conditions" means being obstructed by other matters. The sovereign drug of lifetime medicine is the ruler of the medicinal substance. The text provisionally presents one flavor of timed medicine, and the rest can be listed by analogy, hence the note indicates it.
