二中，初文。捨諸長者，離貪積也。著三衣者，或名但三衣；但，猶獨也；三法服外，無別衣故。

In the second, the first text: discarding all extra robes is to leave behind greed and hoarding. Wearing three robes is sometimes called "only three robes"; "only" is like "solely"; outside the three Dharma robes, there are no other robes.
