五一坐者。謂但一食，不同前行，猶受小食。十利中，二謂無所餘故；三謂無作務之煩；五謂一食，是食法中微細行故；七妨患者，謂多事妨業。

In the fifth, 'in a single sitting' means taking only one meal, unlike the previous practice where one still accepts a light meal. Among the ten benefits, the second means there is no leftover; the third means there is no trouble of practical chores; the fifth means that taking one meal is a subtle practice among eating regulations; the seventh, 'obstructions and troubles', means that many affairs obstruct one's practice.
