三中。以事情相反，人喜相輕；增過滅法，故聖特制。上業，業即是行。崇，猶重也，謂上行中尤重蘭若故。（十利如前。）

In the third: because their circumstances are opposite, people are prone to despise each other; this increases faults and destroys the Dharma, so the Sage specially prohibited it. 'Superior karma': karma is practice. 'Chong' also means to value, meaning that among the superior practices, dwelling in an araṇya is especially valued. (The ten benefits are as before.)
