三中。十利，前三治樂，四即離苦，五不縱情，六七成業，八神爽，九身安，十業輕。

In the third: The ten benefits: the first three remedy pleasure; the fourth is leaving suffering; the fifth is not indulging desires; the sixth and seventh accomplish practice; the eighth brings mental clarity; the ninth brings physical ease; the tenth makes karma light.
