三中。前明頭陀，是今所用；後讀誦等，因之而引。如上等人放免差次，加分與物；皆謂推尊有德，誘進後人故也。

In the third: The first clarifies dhūta, which is what is used now; later, reading and chanting, and so on, are cited along with it. Persons such as those above are exempted from duty rotations and given additional shares of supplies; all of this means revering the virtuous and encouraging future practitioners.
