二中，初廣引諸文。《四分》十種，大小行為二。《增一》塔中，謂非處也。《五分》相瞋，謂心惡也。《十誦》有五，并下二塔前為七。《僧祇》有七，分之可見。《五百問》示犯，準應得吉。《僧祇》六種。皆下，別示經塔等不得之意。

In the second section, it first extensively cites various texts. In the Four-Part Vinaya there are ten kinds: big and small acts of deportment make two. In the Ekottarika-āgama, "inside a stūpa" means an improper place. In the Mahīśāsaka-vinaya, "angry with each other" means an evil mind. In the Daśādhyāya-vinaya there are five, which together with the two below regarding "before a stūpa" make seven. In the Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya there are seven, which are evident when divided. The Five Hundred Questions indicates offenses, according to which one should incur a duṣkṛta. In the Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya there are six kinds. The lines from "All..." down specifically show the reason why it is not permissible before scriptures, stūpas, and so forth.
