二造寺法，總示中，初標人法。即露裕法師；稱美道行，故云盛德。《寺誥》，即彼文通題。具下，示其所述。事下，明今所引。

Second, the methods for building a monastery. In the general presentation, the person and the text are first indicated: this refers to Dharma Master Luyu; praising his practice of the Way, he is therefore called "of abundant virtue." *Edicts on Monasteries* is the comprehensive title of his work. "Fully..." below indicates what he authored. "Affairs..." below explains what is currently cited.
