《僧祇》，明逸食。長壽法者，《金光明》云：有二因緣，壽命得長：一者不殺，二者施食。
The *Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya* explains 'neglectful eating'. Regarding the 'dharmas for longevity', the *Suvarṇaprabhāsa-sūtra* states: 'There are two causes and conditions by which one's life span becomes long: first, not killing; second, bestowing food.'
