懺悔中。布薩，翻淨住，亦云清淨。理合先懺後受。論中倒列，故注移之。

In the deśanā, "poṣadha" is translated as "dwelling in purity" or "purification." In principle, one should first confess and then receive [the precepts]. In the treatise they are listed in reverse order, so the interlinear note relocated it.
