五中。論舉盲病，餘病例然；又但闕所須，不必在病。自能紡績者，特舉微賤，類餘充足，不須強與。犯罪，即吉，同污家故，準此斟量。

In the fifth [part]: The treatise mentions blindness and illness; other illnesses are also like this. Moreover, it is simply a matter of lacking what they need, and does not necessarily require illness. "Those who can spin and weave themselves" specifically cites the humble and lowly to show by analogy that if others are sufficient, one need not force [provisions] upon them. "Commits an offense" means a duṣkṛta, because it is the same as corrupting families; one should deliberate based on this.
