In the second [part], first it cites various texts. They mostly invoke bird feathers as an analogy for constant accompaniment. In the *Dharmaguptaka-vinaya*, 'knowing the proper time when walking' means that going out and staying are appropriate. 'He' (翮) has the fanqie pronunciation hu-ge; it means bird wings. From 'Various' onward, it concludes with an exhortation. In modern times, it is rare for someone to guard against staying overnight [apart from the robes], let alone having them constantly accompany oneself; many spend their entire lives without the Dharma robes on their bodies. Thus, in the final age, even guarding against staying overnight apart from them is still superior. It is merely that inwardly there is no pure faith, and they slight the Dharma and treat the robes lightly. True sons of the home-leaver, please comply with the holy instructions! Question: If they definitely do not accompany one's body, what fault is there? Answer: As in the *Daśādhyāya-vinaya* and *Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya* above, both state that it constitutes an offense; one should incur a duṣkṛta.
