次科，初示行法。先指後跟，是賤下相。在下，明覓處。前食即小食，後食即中齋。當白入者，由覓宿食，必入俗舍故。

In the next section, first, the rule of walking is shown: toes first and heels after is a mark of baseness. 'At...' onwards explains seeking accommodations: the 'earlier meal' is the morning meal, and the 'later meal' is the midday meal; 'one should announce entry' is because seeking lodging and food necessitates entering lay households.
