三中。安詳，離卒暴故。一心，離雜念故。觀地二意，即止作也。不退菩薩，舊云初地已去。

In the third section: 'serenely' is to be free from haste and rashness; 'single-mindedly' is to be free from mixed thoughts; the two intentions in watching the ground are cessation and action. The 'non-regressing bodhisattva' is traditionally said to be from the first bhūmi onwards.
