四中，《善生》，初誡始終。若下，教求物。《五百問》，初制看病，輒用彼物。比丘下，次制病者捨棄衣鉢。一為終身不離，二為留賞看病。

In the fourth [section]: The Sujāta [Sūtra] first admonishes about the beginning and end. "If" below teaches seeking goods. The Five Hundred Questions first prohibits the caregiver from casually using the other's property. "Bhikṣu" below next prohibits the sick person from abandoning robes and bowls: first, so that they do not part from them for their whole life; second, to leave them as a reward for the caregiver.
