三中。初《十、五》二律，明審問所須，應時給付。後《十誦》中，開服犯過藥，以必差故。佛僧中，佛無宿觸，疑剩佛字。

In the third [section]: First, the two vinayas—the Daśādhyāya and the Mahīśāsaka—clarify inquiring carefully into what is needed and providing it in a timely manner. Afterwards, in the Daśādhyāya-vinaya, an exception is made to take medicine that incurs an offense, because it is certain to cure [the patient]. In "Buddha and Saṅgha," since the Buddha does not have overnight touch, it is suspected that the character "Buddha" is superfluous.
