律師中。毘尼主於住持，故讚興隆等。自持攝他，即是二利。諸佛讚者，如諸經論，讚持戒功深，如〈標宗〉具引。

Under 'Vinaya Masters': The Vinaya governs the upholding [of the Dharma], which is why it praises its prospering, and so forth. Upholding it oneself while gathering in others constitutes the two benefits. As for 'praised by all buddhas,' it is like the various sūtras and treatises praising the profound merit of upholding the precepts, as fully cited in the 'Indicating the Essence' [chapter].
