六中。律令選一能者，知掌眾務；初大僧，二沙彌，三淨人，尋文可見。帥，所類反，領也。

In the sixth [part]: the Vinaya instructs selecting one capable person to oversee and manage the assembly's affairs: first, a fully ordained monk; second, a śrāmaṇera; third, a pure man (kappiya-kāraka), as can be seen by examining the text. "Commander" (shuai) has the fanqie pronunciation suo + lei; it means to lead.
