In the seventh [part]: in the first section, the Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya explains rewards and allotments. Speaking of "having merit" is because of their management. "One harvest" refers to one round of gathering the ripe while leaving the unripe. "One shearing" refers to one round of cutting. The Mahiśāsaka-vinaya has three passages: first, it explains that when an administrative officer tastes food, licking with the tongue is permitted as a duṣkṛta; next, it explains temporarily lending Saṅgha property for secular use because they live in mutual dependence; third, it explains that five kinds of Saṅgha property may not be divided or sold, because they belong to the permanent resident Saṅgha. The Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya is the same as the above: first, it permanently prohibits it; next, it permits changing and exchanging. The Dharmaguptaka-vinaya: it incurs a thullaccaya (jie-lan). If it temporarily obstructs Saṅgha use, or if one encroaches on it for oneself, as stated above, it is a grave offense.
