第三中。出既有功，障則損大。經中留礙，如親里不聽；仰制，如王臣禁斷。惡集如海者，示業重也。癩病即現報，入獄即生後二報。餘如上引。

In the third [heading]: since leaving [household life] has merit, obstructing it entails great harm. “Detaining and hindering” in the sūtras refers, for example, to relatives not permitting it; “suppressing and prohibiting” refers to kings and ministers banning it. “Evils gathering like an ocean” indicates the heaviness of the karma. Leprosy is the retribution in the present life; falling into hell refers to the retributions in the subsequent two lives (next life and subsequent lives). The rest is as cited above.
