七中。相決同異，同，謂進修方便，唯是三學，無別途故；異，乃心志廣狹，故分二乘，用與別故。

In the seventh [part]: resolving similarities and differences. "Similarity" means that the skillful means of progressing in cultivation are exclusively the three trainings, with no alternative path. "Difference" refers to the breadth or narrowness of mind and resolve; hence they are divided into two vehicles, as their function and application differ.
