In establishing the proper name, it first shows that the name has authority. The treatises are cited below. Next, starting from "Because...", it discards the ancient designations. They clung to the origin story, claiming that picking up lost items incurs a pāyattika while taking them in hand is only a duṣkṛta, hence they called it "picking up lost items."
