比丘尼同犯。不犯者：若知足取衣；若減知足取；若多與衣，若細、薄、不牢，若二三重作，有餘，如上語知，不犯。

Bhikṣuṇīs incur the same offense. As for non-offenses: if he takes robes knowing moderation; if he takes less than moderation; if many robes are offered and, being fine, thin, or not durable, they are made into two or three layers, and if there is a remainder, he speaks to let them know as above—there is no offense.
