尼犯吉羅。不犯者：僧聽；及滿六年；減六年，捨故，更作新；若得已成者；若無；若他與作——俱不犯。

A bhikṣuṇī incurs a duṣkṛta. Non-offenses: if the saṃgha permits it; if six full years have passed; if within less than six years he relinquishes the old one and then makes a new one; if he obtains one already completed; if he has none; if another makes it for him—in all these cases there is no offense.
