此應捨樂與僧已，白治罪竟，還彼藥法：至第七日，捨與比丘，彼應取食；若過七日，酥、油塗戶嚮，蜜、石蜜與守園人；減七日者，白二還之，比丘當取塗脚、然燈用。

Here, this should be happily forfeited to the Saṃgha; after the offence is dealt with by formal motion, the procedure for returning that medicine is as follows: on reaching the seventh day, one forfeits it to a bhikṣu, who should take and consume it; if it has exceeded seven days, ghee and oil are used to grease door hinges, and honey and rock sugar are given to the monastery groundskeeper; for that which has not reached seven days, it is returned through a motion and a second proclamation, and a bhikṣu should take it to rub on his feet or use for lighting lamps.
