2.377

若不與食，自取著口中，咽咽墮。「非時」「七日」若過限，亦墮。盡形藥無因緣不受而食者，突吉羅。

(if, food having not been given, he takes it himself and puts it into his mouth, he incurs a pātayantikā with each swallow. For untimely food and seven-day medicine, if the time limit is exceeded, he likewise incurs a pātayantikā. If he eats lifelong medicine without cause when it was not offered, it is a duṣkṛta)
