不犯者：與食遣去；若病，若無威儀，人見不喜，自送食與；若破戒等；若命、梵難，方便遣；不以嫌恨故也。

(Those who do not commit an offense: giving food and then dismissing him; if he is sick, or lacks deportment such that people are displeased to see him, and he personally sends food to him; if he has broken precepts and the like; if there are dangers to life or the brahmacarya, and he dismisses him by an expedient; and it is not done out of resentment or hatred.)
