時，眾多比丘集一處，共論法律。有一比丘退去，心疑，「諸比丘與我作疑」。佛言：「不故作者，不犯。」

(At that time, many bhikṣus gathered in one place and together discussed the Dharma and Vinaya. One bhikṣu withdrew, his mind filled with doubt: "The bhikṣus have caused me to doubt." The Buddha said: "If one did not act intentionally, there is no offense.")
