若說不了，吉羅。尼同犯。不犯者，其事實爾，隨親友以僧物與。若戲笑，若錯說，並開。

If he speaks unclearly, it is a duṣkṛta. Bhikṣuṇīs commit the same offense. As for non-offenses: if the matter was actually so, that they favored close friends in giving the Saṃgha's property; if done in jest, or if spoken erroneously—both are permitted.
