2.87

下二眾吉羅，下篇同此。不犯者，若語言「知是，看是」。若曳材木，若扶籬正，若反塼石，取牛屎，取崩岸土，若鼠壤土，除經行處土及屋內土，若來往經行、掃地，不故掘，一切不犯。

For the lower two assemblies, it is a duṣkṛta; the lower categories are also the same as this. Cases of non-offense: if one says, "Take note of this, look at this"; if dragging timber; if propping up and straightening a fence; if turning over bricks and stones; gathering cow dung; gathering soil from a collapsed embankment; or soil from rat mounds; clearing soil from a walkway (caṅkrama) and soil inside a house; walking back and forth on a walkway; sweeping the ground without intentionally digging—in all such cases there is no offense.
