第八十五，「兜羅綿」者，柳花𮑱臺等。准律緣起，多停小虫，恐損故制也。
Eighty-fifth: as for 'tūla-fluff', it refers to willow flowers, reed fluff, and the like. According to the origin story in the vinaya, small insects often nest [in it], and fearing harm [to them], it was prohibited.
