第六十五、與減年人受戒和上。知疑並犯提罪，餘師僧吉羅。受戒事大，令他不得，師僧過重，故深可呵也。

The sixty-fifth [precept]: The preceptor who confers ordination on an underage person. Whether knowing or in doubt, both incur a prāyaścittika offence, and the remaining teachers and monks incur a duṣkṛta. Receiving ordination is a great matter; causing another not to obtain it makes the transgression of the preceptor and monks very grave, and so it is deeply reprehensible.
