第七十五、不與欲戒。《僧祇》二十云「斷事有二種：一說法毘尼、二作七羯磨及別住等也。」
Seventy-fifth, the precept on not granting consent (chanda). The Mahāsāṃghika[-vinaya], fascicle twenty, states: 'Settling matters is of two kinds: first, settling according to the expounded Dharma and Vinaya; second, performing the seven formal acts (karmans), probation (parivāsa), and the like.'
