「大德僧聽！僧今解某處淨地。誰諸長老忍『僧解某處淨地』者默然，誰不忍者說。

"May the venerable saṃgha listen! The saṃgha now releases the pure ground of such-and-such place. Whichever āyuṣmats approve that 'the saṃgha releases the pure ground of such-and-such place', remain silent; whoever does not approve, speak!
