1.61

大德僧聽！僧今解某處淨地。誰諸長老忍僧解某處淨地者默然，誰不忍者說。僧已忍解某處淨地竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。

"May the venerable saṃgha listen! The saṃgha now revokes the pure ground of such-and-such a place. Whichever elders approve of the saṃgha revoking the pure ground of such-and-such a place, remain silent; whoever does not approve, speak! The saṃgha has already approved the revocation of the pure ground of such-and-such a place. Because the saṃgha approves and is silent, thus do we hold this matter."
