「大德僧聽！彼某甲欲求某甲比丘剃髮。若僧時到，僧忍聽：與某甲剃髮。白如是。」
"May the bhadantas of the saṃgha listen! That N.N. wishes to request tonsure from bhikṣu N.N. If the time of the saṃgha has arrived, may the saṃgha approve and listen: grant tonsure to N.N. This is the jñapti."
