（佛言：「若在僧伽藍中度令出家者，當白一切僧。白已，聽與出家。」應作如是白云：）

(The Buddha said: "If one ordains someone to leave the household in the saṅghārāma, one must announce it to all the saṃgha. Having announced it, permission is given to grant him departure from the household." One should make the announcement as follows:)
