「大德僧聽！此某甲，從某甲比丘求出家。若僧時到，僧忍聽：與某甲出家。白如是。」

"May the bhadantas of the saṃgha listen! This N.N. requests leaving the household under bhikṣu N.N. If the time of the saṃgha has arrived, may the saṃgha approve and listen: grant N.N. departure from the household. This is the jñapti."
