「大德僧聽！此某甲，從和上某甲，求受具足戒。此某甲，今從眾僧乞受具足戒，某甲為和上。若僧時到，僧忍聽：我問諸難事。白如是。」

"Bhadantas, may the saṃgha listen! This N.N. seeks to receive the upasampadā from the upādhyāya N.N. This N.N. now requests the upasampadā from the assembly of the saṃgha, with N.N. as upādhyāya. If the time of the saṃgha has come, may the saṃgha grant permission: I shall question him on the obstructive conditions. This is the jñapti."
